They're brilliant. I came down from North Wales for a family funeral. My engine management light came on (even though my local garage serviced my Countryman the week before & advised it was the oxygen sensor/fuel bank error mesage & to put an additive in the fuel). Funny thing though, it wasn't. Manic Minis fitted me in at very short notice, kept me updated & had my mini back on the road within 24hrs so I was able to travel home. When my next service is due, I will arrange to visit family and take my mini back to Manic Minis to get serviced! Outstanding service. Thank you

Took in my Mini to get the brakes changed and Vanessa and Steve were very kind and helpful. As others have said already, they kept me in the loop as the work progressed. We discussed a few things that another garage had said needed doing/changing and Steve said it wasn’t, so I trust them to do what’s best for the car and not just want to do unnecessary work (sometimes a worry when you bring in your car to a garage). In general it’s nice to see someone specialising in Minis. I’m glad I found their business and will be coming back to them again in future.

Brilliant service couldn’t fault them enough. Took my mini in for clutch and flywheel replacement but they kept running into issues. They helped me with this and gave me the best options possible. Reasonably priced as well. Steve’s knowledge on minis is very good and couldn’t fault the communication with Vanessa. Bought my paceman earlier and found that the rear calipers need to be replaced. Had quotes from other garage which are really expensive and found Manic Minis near my place. Their prices are very competitive and repair done timely. And Steve and Vanessa are both very nice and very responsive throughout. Definitely recommended.

Hey Steve, thanks for the message, apologies for the delay. The car has been running amazing, the code hasn’t come back up, I’ve managed to get to Canterbury and back without issue. I have added half a ltr of oil as you mentioned. I also managed to fix the rear fog light and strangely the passenger window now works as it should. Fingers crossed it will stay this way. Fantastic. Rang Manic Minis in a panic as car was making very odd noises. Steve was very calm, accommodating and helpful. He arranged for the mini to be recovered the next day and rectified the problem very quickly and efficiently whilst providing a courtesy car to use in the mean time. Can’t rate them highly enough. My Cooper S R57 was in limp mode and had a terrible rattle on start up. Steve diagnosed a failed high pressure fuel pump and issues with the variable valve timing. Steve liased with the warranty company who funded the pump replacement and I only had to fund the replacement of a VVT solenoid, cleaning of the Vanos valves and filters plus an oil flush, oil and filter change at what I thought was a reasonable price. Steve’s knowledge and courtesy are very reassuring in this modern world. If you have a mini with a problem, bring it to Manic Mini’s! I

I went to three garages for a quote for my car and none come back to me. I went to Manic Minis, and they contacted me straight away, booked my car in and gave me a courtesy car.
